The MultiPulse HoPLUS is a high-power holmium laser developed for the surgical management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and endoscopic lithotripsy. Its adaptable design allows seamless transitions between procedures, with configuration options such as an optional integrated morcellator and a laser source capable of delivering up to 150 W of power.
The system’s high-energy pulses support precise tissue dissection, while longer pulses facilitate coagulation. High-frequency pulsed operation provides flexibility for diverse surgical needs, making the MultiPulse HoPLUS a versatile tool in one efficient device.

The MultiPulse HoPLUS laser system includes an integrated morcellation module, enabling seamless transitions from enucleation to morcellation while eliminating the need for excess footswitches. With the suction provided by the peristaltic pump, it minimizes the requirement for irrigation fluid, thereby preventing the need for dual inflows and ensuring safety and increased protection against unintended bladder wall injuries.
